目标定位Our Goals

中国语言智能研究中心是国家语委依托首都师范大学于2016年8月设立的全国第3个科研基地。中心紧紧围绕国家语言文字信息化和教育智能化的重大需求,以“交叉、协同、合作、创新”为目标,研发“语言理解-表达-评价”智能模型、语言智能关键技术及语言智能系列应用产品,为教育资源的均衡化、“大众创业、万众创新”工程和特殊教育提供优质服务。

Research Center For Language Intelligence of China is the third scientific research base that approved by State Language Commission. The center was established in August, 2016 in the Capital Normal University. The goal of its task is to achieve Chinese language informatization and education intelligentization, to embody the spirit of "collaboration, coordination, cooperation and innovation", to develop “language comprehension - expression - evaluation" intelligent model and related technology and products, and to provide high quality services for projects relating to balancing education resources, "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation", and special education.

科研基础Our Background

中心以首都师范大学北京市成像技术高精尖创新中心、北京市自然科学与社会科学两界融合创新基地——北京语言智能研究基地、北京市语委科研基地北京语言智能协同研究院为依托,由中国人工智能学会理事长李德毅院士担任学术委员会主席。中心有海内外院士4人、国家“千人计划”专家3人、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者1人和其他专兼职研究人员50余人。

The center is backed by the Capital Normal University and its experts and specialists mainly come from two institutes in the CNU - the Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Imaging Technology, also the Beijing Collaborative Innovation Base for Natural Science and Social Science, and the Beijing Institute for Language and Intelligent Collaboration, also the Language Intelligence Research Base as well as the Scientific Research Base approved by Beijing Language Committee. The center invited Prof. Li Deyi, the President of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, to be the Chairman of the academic committee and took great pride in its outstanding research members, including 4 academicians both domestic and international, 3 experts of the Thousand Talents Program, 1 National Science Fund for Distinguished Youth Scholars winners, and more than 50 part-time researchers.

研究成果 Our Achievements

中心在中英文作文智能批改、中英文智能学习、中文智能写作等领域,取得了一系列重要成果。其中,承担国家社科基金重大项目、国家科技支撑项目、国家自然科学基金项目等项目30余项,发表论文300余篇,出版学术专著15部,申请发明专利15项,获得软件著作权40项,建设语料库5个,开发各类产品20余项。

未来,中心将继续围绕国家语言文字信息化和教育智能化的总目标,从理论、技术和应用上寻求新方法,探索新途径,不断创造新的佳绩。

We have achieved various important research results in language intelligence field, including 30 projects that approved by Major Projects of National Social Science Fund, National Key Technology Support Program and the National Natural Science Fund, more than 300 published articles, 15 published academic monographs, 15 invention patents, 40 software, 5 corpus databases, and 20 commercial products. And our current research and development field focuses on online language intelligence systems, such as language intelligent proofreading and writing checking system (available in Chinese and English), language intelligent learning system (available in Chinese and English), and intelligent writing assistant system (available in Chinese).

In the future, the center will continue the ongoing researches on exploring new approaches for both theoretical and practical technology applications to achieve the final goal of Chinese language informatization and education intelligentization. And the future development will be promising.

智能教育与教育均衡发展百县示范建设工程

为深入贯彻《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011-2020年)》,全面落实教育部“十三五”发展规划提出的信息化和教育高度融合的目标要求,有效推进我国教育的均衡发展,促进教育领域精准扶贫,让智能教育产品惠及更广大区域,在教育部、国家语委的领导下,中国语言智能研究中心会同各单位,提出了通过智能教育促进教育均衡发展、实现教育精准扶贫的“智能教育与教育均衡发展百县示范建设工程”。

工程以改革创新驱动教育发展,坚持面向教育扶贫,坚持技术引领,通过智能教育理论、技术和产品的研发,将传统课堂改造成智能课堂,将传统学习方式进化为智能学习方式,进一步缩小城乡和区域教育发展差距,增加老少边穷地区,特别是农村学生的优良教育机会,促进我国教育总体实力和国际影响力显著增强,为实现“十三五”时期教育改革发展的总目标提供助力,为实现中国教育现代化2030远景目标奠定坚实基础。

依托词库模糊度猜测、主题词匹配、关键词相似度计算,全智能阅卷将老师从繁重的阅卷任务中解放出来,让学生第一时间获得测评反馈,智能学习是互联网+在教育领域的深化,适用全国中小学生的智能辅助学习。

Relying on the thesaurus ambiguity speculation, keyword matching, keyword similarity calculation, intelligent learning system is the first software which can correct papers automatically. The software can save much time for teachers and give feedback to students immediately. Intelligent learning system is good for all K-12 students which is a totally innovation in online education.

语文作文智能批改系统Chinese composition intelligent correction

建立一个交互式的作文自动批改和反馈开放平台,让中文学习者、老师在线使用作文自动批改功能,辅助作文批改与写作。

Our aim is to build an interactive composition automatic correction system and feedback open platform. Chinese learners and teachers can use the composition automatic correction function online, to assist the composition with correcting and writing.

面向中小学、海外中文学习者和语文教师,辅助作文自动批改;互助式平台,方便学习者之间、师生之间协同教学,提高作文教学的效率与兴趣。目前已初步适用华裔学生作文批改。

Chinese composition intelligent correction faces to the primary and secondary schools, overseas Chinese learners and teachers. It is a mutual help platform to facilitate learners, teachers and students which can do collaborative teaching and improve the efficiency in teaching.

Chinese composition intelligent correction has been initially applied to foreign Chinese students writing correction.

Shanxueyun intelligent teaching AR platform can be flexibly accessed to classroom teaching of all primary and secondary school with low-cost . The intelligent robot is produced for elementary and secondary school. It can be the teacher’s assistant and the student’s helpmate. Other than normal training aid, the intelligent robot may offer individualized teaching and entertainment during study. It also has the ability of perception, cognizance and assisted instruction, which can make contribution to educational resources equalization.

目前,国内外还没有相关的课堂辅助教育机器人产品,以开发每台5000美元此类机器人计算,每年市场规模达到800亿产值。
将部分核心技术应用在家庭服务机器人等方面,开发5000元的家庭辅助教育机器人,以中小学在校生2亿人左右计算,每年市场规模达到1000亿元产值。

So far, there are no such study assisted intelligent robot at home and abroad. If one study assisted intelligent robot will cost 5000 dollars, there will be 80 billion output value each year.
Part of the core technology will be used on the family services robot. If one family services robot will cost 5000 yuan, there will be 100 billion output value each year.
